My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, though not directly connected to the main building, were really nice to look at and very clean. The staff was very friendly and professional, making it one of the best hotels I've stayed at. However, the dining experience was a bit repetitive, and there weren't many good dining options within walking distance.

The hotel is conveniently located right off 210, offering a good value compared to staying nearer to Universal City. The staff really went above-and-beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. However, the ironing board and thermostat were a bit awkward in use, and daytime parking is limited.

The suite setup was a bit cramped with the king bed in a small bedroom space and the desk and couch squeezed into the living room. We only had one bed upon arrival, and controlling the temperature was a bit tricky.

I rented a car for a pick-up 2 hours away and appreciated the great surveillance cameras in the parking area. However, the staff did not handle noise complaints well and were not customer service-oriented. The front desk service was lacking in friendliness and assistance.
